Meal Substitute Smoothie: Chocolate Lava

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, I use Almond Milk
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Dates

Serving Size: 1

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar or glass, and enjoy!
