Post Workout Smoothie: Strawberry Cheesecake

1 CUP unsweetened almond milk
1 CUP strawberries
2 bananas, frozen
3 TBSP peanut butter
0.3 CUP almonds
0.5 CUP organic rolled oats
1 CUP organic Greek yogurt plain
2 dates, pitted
Serving Size: 1 | Base: 1085 calories | Time preparation: 5 minutes


  1. Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar or glass, and enjoy!
