- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Mangoes
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/2 cup non-dairy Milk, I used Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Date, pitted
- 1 Banana

Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- Dried Cranberries
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a mason jar or glass, add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
