Double Fudge Brownie Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 2 pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Serving Size: 1-2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • 1/2 Banana, sliced
  • Cashews
  • Walnuts
  • Honey, drizzled
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes


  1. Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
