Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1 Banana, optional
- 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 handful Spinach
- 2 tbsp Honey

- Chia Seeds
- Super Seeds Mix, roasted and unsalted
- Coconut Flakes
Instructions
- Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
- Freeze for up to 24 hours! Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to consuming. Add toppings and enjoy.
