Mixed Berries Crisp Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup frozen Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
  • 1 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana, optional
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Serving Size: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • Chia Seeds
  • Super Seeds Mix, roasted and unsalted
  • Coconut Flakes


  1. Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
    • Add toppings and enjoy!
    • Freeze for up to 24 hours! Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes prior to consuming. Add toppings and enjoy.
