  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 pitted Dates

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Gradually increase the speed from low to medium to high until you reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
