Step 1: Re-heat oven to 375-degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Peel the plantain

- Cut off the ends.
- Slit the peel.
- Remove peel.
- Cut into 1/4 – 1/2 inch slices.
Step 3: Gather the rest of the ingredients

- 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 3/4 tsp Basil, dried

- 2 eggs
Step 4: Prepare the crust

- In a blender, add the plantains, garlic, salt, baking soda, oregano, basil, olive oil, and eggs.
- Blend until mix acquires a creamy texture.
- In a baking sheet, place parchment paper.
- Pour mix into the tray and distribute evenly.
Step 5: Insert in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
