  • 1 cup frozen Berries
  • 1 cup frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Berry Cherry Jam
  1. Place berries in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for one minute.
  2. Mash the berries and stir in the chia seeds, and microwave an extra minute.
  3. Mix well and store in freezer while you prepare smoothie bowl base.
Smoothie Bowl Base
  1. Place all ingredients for smoothie bowl base in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy.
