- 1 cup frozen Berries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
Berry Cherry Jam
- Place berries in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for one minute.
- Mash the berries and stir in the chia seeds, and microwave an extra minute.
- Mix well and store in freezer while you prepare smoothie bowl base.
Smoothie Bowl Base
- Place all ingredients for smoothie bowl base in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy.
