|1 CUP unsweetened coconut milk||Unsweetened Coconut Flakes|
|1 banana, frozen||Blueberries|
|1 CUP blueberries, fresh or frozen|
|1.5 CUP organic Greek yogurt plain|
|0.5 CUP walnuts|
|2 TBSP maple syrup|
- Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove from fridge. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
