Red Wine Cooler Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 frozen Banana
  • 2 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey

Serving Size: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • Strawberries, quartered
  • Chia Seeds
  • Raspberries


  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and gradually blend starting at a low power and increasing as necessary until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy.
