Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Serving Size: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 7 minutes

Toppings

  • Blackberries
  • Strawberries, quartered
  • Raspberries
  • Mangos, cubed
  • Pineapple, cubed
  • Kiwi, sliced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add suggested toppings.
