|1 CUP unsweetened almond milk||Unsweetened Coconut Flakes|
|0.5 CUP organic rolled oats||Pecans|
|2 CUPS strawberries, fresh or frozen||Dates|
|2 TBSP honey|
|1 banana, frozen|
|1/2 TSP pure vanilla extract|
- Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove from fridge. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
