Almond Joy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extracts
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup frozen Cauliflower florets
  • 2 pitted Medjool date

Serving Size: 1

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Toppings

  • Strawberries, quartered
  • Almonds
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add suggested toppings and enjoy!
