Blueberry Mint Smoothie Bowl

1 CUP unsweetened almond milkWalnuts
2 bananas, frozenFresh blueberries
1 CUP blueberries, fresh or frozenSliced Bananas
2 TBSP chia seedsHemp Seeds
1 TBSP honeyFresh Mint
6 mint leaves, fresh
Serving Size: 1 | Base: 563 calories | Use Toppings as desired | Time preparation: 5 minutes


  1. Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from fridge. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
Toppings: blueberries, banana, walnuts, hemp seeds, fresh mint
