|1 CUP unsweetened almond milk||Walnuts|
|2 bananas, frozen||Fresh blueberries|
|1 CUP blueberries, fresh or frozen||Sliced Bananas|
|2 TBSP chia seeds||Hemp Seeds|
|1 TBSP honey||Fresh Mint|
|6 mint leaves, fresh|
- Add all ingredient into a high-speed blender. Blend gradually starting at a low power and move to a higher speed as needed.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove from fridge. Add suggested toppings, and enjoy!
